Payment Payment is due at the time of the order. If payment has not cleared within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled and items returned to stock. If there is a problem putting through the payment, please contact me and I will try to assist you. Sales TaxCancellations If you are shipping to a Texas address, the current sales tax rate of 8.25% will be added to the order. Since my shipping is jackrabbit fast, cancellations must be made almost immediately after placing the order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped. I attend to refunds promptly, but please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs unless previously arranged. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable Shipping: If your order is placed before 9:00 a.m. central time, the order will ship the same business day. If your order is placed after 9:00 a.m., it will ship the next business day. Shipping methods are specified in each item's page. Returns and Warranty All of our items are protected by a 30 day warranty. If your item is defective and within warranty you may contact me in order to obtain further instructions. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note that if we find the cause to be from incorrect washing or damage by the customer a refund may not be issued. Damage Policy If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can advise you how to return the item. Returned Products Returned items must in new condition and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once a we have been notified of any problems. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging and in new condition. If any products are returned back to us and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee. |
