• E-mail Communications  You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order.  When I print the shipping label, you will receive another email to inform you when your order will ship and this email gives you the delivery confirmation number, or the tracking number and shipping company for your order.  When I change the status of the order to "Shipped" after shipping, you wil receive an email informing you the shipment has taken place.  I sometimes spot check and send out a follow-up email to ensure you received your order in good condition, in a timely manner and to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.  I do not send out a newsletter.
